About the Designer

Marco Zanuso (1916–2001) was one of the defining figures of Italian modernism. His work was exhibited at the Milan Triennale multiple times, earning him some of the most prestigious design awards of the 20th century. Zanuso’s pieces are held in the permanent collections of MoMA New York, the Victoria & Albert Museum, and major design institutions worldwide.
